I am so excited about some of the recent miracles that have occurred in my life! Everything from miraculously locating an old friend to receiving a message from friend’s child who passed away a few months ago, to a “phone angel at AT&T” (of all places!) and another “angel” at one of the theme parks in Orlando! This morning I was re-reading the introduction to my new book, Let’s Manifest Miracles!, and thought that I would share it to you here. It’s a pretty clear picture of what I’m “up to”. Perhaps it will resonate with you today…

Introduction

You and I are living in an amazing time in the history of the planet. Take whatever perspective you like: emotional, intellectual, spiritual, financial. This unique time in history offers all of us an enormous opportunity to step back, evaluate our lives, discover what is truly important to us, and make the changes necessary to bring us back to our natural state: a life of joy, peace, and prosperity.

I am grateful that millions of people have been introduced to the Law of Attraction through the popular book and film, “The Secret”. Following all of my years of study in fields such as psychology, behavioral adaptation, hypnotherapy, spirituality, health and fitness, and body-mind health alternatives, I have come to believe that a basic understanding of the Law of Attraction can be the key to taking control of your life—and ultimately creating a miraculous life on a healthy, sustainable planet.

Although the simple rules of creating visualizations and affirmations are great place to begin, these concepts are not enough to shift your life dramatically. The purpose of my new book, “Let’s Manifest Miracles” is to take the concepts of the Law of Attraction a few steps farther in the simplest way possible—and teach you the secrets to truly making significant changes in your life. You’ll be able to shift your life quickly and effectively by following these simple rules.

I believe that it is initially very important to find time throughout the day to repeat affirmations—and keep your thought processes on track. But the most important step is learning to take control of your energy state throughout the day, every day, every moment. You must become intimately aware of and vigilant about your energy vibration and the energy that you are sending out. How you choose to use your personal energy dictates virtually everything about your life. This is a moment-to-moment concept—and it is the key to truly creating miracles in your life.

Let’s take a moment to consider the new 21st century definition of the world miracle. As quantum physics intersects with modern spirituality and religion, we can no longer accept the suggestion that miracles are inexplicable, random events that defy the laws of nature. As we reach farther and farther into the worlds of quantum physics and molecular biology, it becomes clear that ancient tales of miracles and divine intervention may not be so inexplicable after all.

I urge you to be open to learning the secrets of consciously creating miracles in your own life. You can easily create occurrences that will seem to completely defy the old laws of science and nature. Your miracles will astonish you, encourage you, and enrich your life in ways you have never dreamed of. Consciously creating miracles is not only possible, it is happening every day, in my life and the lives of millions of people who are open to experimenting with these updated laws of science and nature. I hope you will take that first step—and enjoy the miracle life that you were born to live—as we work together to create a healthy, sustainable
planet that is brimming with the energy of joy, peace, and prosperity.

As I listen to descriptions of all of the struggles going on around us, I am repeatedly reminded that the key to living a miraculous live is all about the clarity of your vision. Always remember that whatever you are placing energy on is going to magnify in your life. You MUST remind yourself of this fact when you find yourself slipping into the negativity that is so prevalent in our society these days. Just don’t go there!

This is a blessing that each of us will look back on with gratitude. Yes, your life will change. The path to a miraculous life is all about creating positive changes in your life. One step at a time—sometimes small steps, sometimes HUGE steps.

If you are struggling with something in your life right now, take a moment now to envision the perfect outcome. An outcome that is brimming with happiness and success. See yourself celebrating this perfect solution. Create a vision of a special moment when you are living and breathing that miraculous outcome. Once you have created this vision, USE it! Every time you feel your energy slipping into negativity, focus that energy on your miracle vision. Taste it, touch it, smell it, see it. Celebrate it! You will be amazed at the results.

manifest magnificence in your precious life, you MUST avoid the tendency to get sucked in by the negativity that is permeating our every day lives.

The key to staying in a positive place starts with simple awareness. Stay on top of your energy state. If you notice yourself feeling fearful or worried, STOP in your tracks and take a deep breath. Acknowledge that operating from a negative space can only bring your more negativity. CHOOSE in that moment to “Shift into YES”. Focus your energy in that moment on a positive, nurturing image and take another deep breath. Remember that any negative feelings that you might be having are NOT based in your magnificence, your authentic self. By keeping a positive vision, you WILL be able to work through whatever challenge has been created and you WILL come through in a better, more nurturing place.

Remember that the only true path is the path to light, love and joy.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’d have to say that it’s been rare in my lifetime that I have experienced the awareness of so much negativity swirling around us all! During times like these, you MUST remember that you are a magnetic being and allowing your energy to dip into the muck will only attract more negativity into your energy field. Not a good choice. Don’t go there.

The best way to combat slipping into the “cesspool” is to observe how others around you are focusing on negatives and CHOOSE to create an “event” that is filled with positive energy. Have fun with it. Tell yourself a bad joke. Belt out your favorite song. Giggle. Whatever it takes to bump your energy up out of the muck around you. And we’re not making any kind of comment about the “seriousness” of whatever situation is causing the distress. We’re not judging it at all. We’re just trying to take a power position, in terms of how we allow our energy o be affected.

Remember that vibrant, energetically healthy solutions cannot emerge from a place of negativity. If you are experiencing trying times, envision a creative positive outcome that allows everyone to WIN. Congratulate yourself for creating miracles and expect them to manifest.

Take a deep breath, right here, right now. Take a moment to release whatever economic stress that you’re holding on to…and imagine complete abundance. I was listening to a program on NPR yesterday about how shrinks are doing WELL during this economic downturn and how a sense of fear and uneasiness seems to be permeating the energy all around us. I think we all are aware of this negativity and know intuitively how unhealthy it is to be bombarded by fear almost unceasingly by the media.

Take a deep breath and remember that YOU are creating your own experience. YOU can not only remove yourself from the negativity, but you can have fun manifesting money while everyone around you is stuck in fear! How’s that for shifting a little energy!??

I was working on one of the chapters in my new book, “The Miracle Manifesto” a few days ago. This particular chapter is about manifesting abundance. I decided to have a little fun and manifest some $$$. My vision was simply, “It’s so much fun having all of this money show up from so many unexpected places! Wow! I can’t wait to see where it’s going to come from next!” Within 24 hours, I received over $10,000 from sources that I truly was not even able to imagine the day before. The fun has continued since that day, with almost daily unexpected arrivals of various amounts of money. And I am continuing to place energy on my vision–because it truly is lots of fun.

Why don’t YOU try it?! Here’s the vision again:
It’s SO much fun having all of this money show up from so many unexpected places! Wow! I can’t wait to see where it’s going to come from next!”

Repeat the vision several times a day, especially before you go to sleep and when you wake up in the morning. It’s also fun to repeat this vision when you are aware that others around you are STUCK in economic negativity. Remember to HAVE FUN with this! Don’t have ANY expectations about what may or may not arrive. Don’t try to prove or disprove anything. Just HAVE FUN! And be GRATEFUL for all of the goodies that the universe delivers!
